Soft deletion hides records and keeps them recoverable. Personal-data erasure requires verified identity, a retention review and evidence covering every copy.
A customer export waits for identity verification. Export links expire after seven days.

Review a request
Consent record
Record the customer's verified decision for each purpose. An inbound chat does not grant permission for marketing or model training.
Anonymous training examples
Optional. MAY prepares generic examples from approved intent categories, with at least 20 eligible customers per category. Each customer must have granted the current training consent. Raw chats, contact details and source identifiers are excluded. Each batch needs a human review; preparing a batch does not train a model.
Retention and privacy contact
Expired operational records move to a recoverable restricted state. A retention period does not automatically erase personal data or remove legally required records.
